I really liked the friendly staff. they were always helpful and welcoming. The location felt safe, and getting to Funchal was easy with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Our room was clean, which was a big plus. I enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the nice swimming pools. However, there were some downsides. The walls were thin, and I could hear everything coming from adjacent rooms. Wi-Fi only worked near the reception, not in the rooms, which was inconvenient. The breakfast options were the same every day, becoming monotonous quickly. Plus, the furnishings in the room seemed a bit outdated. On the bright side, the room had a kitchenette, but it lacked utensils or cookware, making it pretty useless for preparing meals. Had a good stay but would suggest some upgrades could really improve the experience.

Lovely gardens with multiple swimming pools make for a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast options are limited and become repetitive. A fun games room available for entertainment. Rooms could use an upgrade and better soundproofing.
